Dear FSU Environmental Law Certificate Students,

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency<https://www.epa.gov/> (EPA) Office of General Counsel<https://www.epa.gov/aboutepa/about-office-general-counsel-ogc> (OGC) is beginning the process of selecting law clerks for Summer 2023. The OGC is the chief legal advisor to the EPA, the federal agency with primary responsibility for implementing the nation's environmental laws. The OGC seeks law clerks with strong academic credentials who have a demonstrated interest in environmental, administrative, government operations, civil rights, or public interest law. The positions are paid at the GS7 level, and usually about 8 or 9 are selected each year. Several recent clerks have obtained positions in OGC or other EPA legal offices after graduation.
