<p class="MsoNormal">The <a href="https://www.epa.gov/">U.S. Environmental Protection Agency</a> (EPA)
<a href="https://www.epa.gov/aboutepa/about-office-general-counsel-ogc">Office of General Counsel</a> (OGC) is beginning the process of selecting law clerks for Summer 2023. The OGC
<span style="color:black;background:white">is the chief legal advisor to the EPA, the federal agency with primary responsibility for implementing the nation's environmental laws. The OGC seeks law clerks with strong academic credentials who have a demonstrated
interest in environmental, administrative, government operations, civil rights, or public interest law.
</span>The positions are paid at the GS7 level, and usually about 8 or 9 are selected each year. Several recent clerks have obtained positions in OGC or other EPA legal offices after graduation. <o:p></o:p></p>
