[Hpc-notice] Issues with web services, VPN, and hosted websites

Hi RCC Campus Partners,

We are currently experiencing an issue on our VM cluster that affects the following services:

  *   The support ticketing system*
  *   The main RCC website
  *   Off-campus access via VPN**
  *   Several customer websites and services that are hosted on our oVirt cluster
  *   VM login nodes***

* You can still send messages to the support at rcc.fsu.edu address; there just might be a delay in response.

** If you have an FSUID, you can still login with your FSUID credentials to the main campus VPN and use the HPC; just omit the "/hpc" from the endpoint.

*** If you are having trouble logging into the HPC, use the following host names in place of 'hpc-login.rcc.fsu.edu':

[your_fsuid]@hpc-login-24.rcc.fsu.edu
[your_fsuid]@hpc-login-25.rcc.fsu.edu
[your_fsuid]@hpc-login-26.rcc.fsu.edu
