[Hpc-notice] RESOLVED: Service outage

Hi RCC Campus Partners,

We are happy to inform you that the VM issues are resolved.

The issue turned out to be a lower-level network issue in our InfiniBand fabric.  The Systems Team quickly identified the problem and resolved it.

In the meantime, if your job(s) were affected, you might need to resubmit them.

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
