Grade rosters for the Spring 2026 Regular, IG0, IG1, IG2, LAW, and NAP sessions are now open.

Grades for Regular, IG0, IG1, IG2, and NAP sessions are due by 4:00 p.m. ET on Tuesday, May 5, 2026.

Grades for LAW session are due by 4:00 p.m. ET on Friday, May 22 , 2026.

REMINDERS:

After grades post for the Regular, IG0, IG1, IG2, LAW, and NAP sessions, those grades are considered final. For any spring session specified in this email:
*
instructors can make online changes to I or NG grades through the grade roster's Request Grade Change process, however,
*
any grade change that is neither an I nor NG grade-type change requires a grade-change form.
*
For any student receiving an F, I, or U grade, instructors will be prompted and required to enter a last date of attendance in the grade roster.
*
The only instructor roles able to set grade rosters to the Approved status are those with the Approve grade-access type. If you believe you should have Approve access but do not see that as an option in the Approval Status drop-down box on your grade roster, please check with your academic unit's scheduler who can change it as required.
