REMINDERS: For any student receiving an ‘F’, ‘I’, or ‘U’ grade, instructors will be prompted and required to enter a last date of attendance in the grade roster.
Only instructor roles with the grade access type of 'Approve' can set grade rosters to the Approved status. If you believe you should have 'Approve' access but do not see that as an option in the Approval Status drop-down box on your grade roster, please check with your academic unit's scheduler who can change it as required.
