[Art-instructors] Teaching orientation

Hi everyone,

Happy August! As we start gearing up for the semester, I want to remind you that the teaching orientation is right around the corner, August 16th from 9 am - 3:00 pm or so. We are still working on some scheduling details, so those times are approximate. We will send a detailed schedule closer to the date. In the meantime, we need your help with some food planning.

We typically serve a very light breakfast and lunch. Before Allison and I weigh our budget against our vendors & ordering options, we would like to find out any dietary restrictions you may have.

  *   Breakfast is often glutenous (bagels/cream cheese & alternative), but we can find another non-glutenous option for those who have allergies. Just let us know!
  *   Additionally, last year we were a bit tight on food, so I want to be sure that everyone who is coming RSVPs for the orientation. I don't want anyone missing their noontime meal!

Can you please take this quick poll as soon as possible. Decisions about where to order will be made this week and what to order, specifically, next week. We cannot accommodate your diet if we don't know. Here is the link:
