The dichotomy between internal experience and external presentation lies at the core of my work with home serving as an entrance into the psychological. Emotional tendencies such as insecurity, dependence, and compulsion are revealed as comforts of everyday life take on characteristics of the individual. These personified objects, may be cut or fragmented, exposing voids filled with a desire for control.
