We also schedule by hand, and are in the process of looking for an electronic method.
We submitted a proposal to our computer engineering department and possibly have a partnership, but it will likely be quite some time before we begin... I would also love suggestions!

Subject: [Seuce-cci] Scheduling clinician client pairs at university clinics
Good afternoon everyone,
Here at Valdosta State University, we have our own speech-hearing clinic where we pair up the different graduate clinician levels with clients from the community. We are currently doing the scheduling all by hand: taking into account the different hours clinicians need, the client’s severity/dx, and the clinical supervisors’ schedule. I am wondering how other programs schedule their clinician/client pairs at their clinics. Is anyone using an electronic scheduling system or is it by hand? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
Lorena
