Good Morning Everyone!
We are having a debate at my school, so I figured I'd get everyone's opinion/input. 
1. Who do you allow to access clients' files? 2. Who sees potential clients' intake (case history) information and determines their enrollment into your clinic?3. What is your  HIPAA policy?
