We were not satisfied with the first EHR we tried and will be started the fall with ClinicNote. I would be more than happy to update you as we go along.

Hi All,
Our community clinic is small and we do not bill private insurance companies at present. We store all records in a program called ImageNow, which allows for modifiable file storage. It is a program our university uses for Records and Registration/Financial Aid, etc. Our computer services department allowed us access to the program to back up and update clinic records. We upload new documents at the end of every semester.
I would suggest asking around the university to see what other departments are using.
Thanks,
Aimee

The Audiology Clinic Director and I participated in a phone conference and demo with Clinicnote a few months ago. We are extremely interested in pursuing but have to meet with our school director first.

I am very interested in this as well. We are looking for something that would fit both audiology and speech clinics. We are reviewing some now, but getting pointed in the right direction would be much appreciated.

Hi and I hope you all are enjoying a few more days before the great stampede aka Fall Semester.
We at UGA are looking for advice on electronic records programs. We have tried several with varying levels of success and cost. I think this issue of finding the right software/database has been discussed before on the listserv, but we would love to know what you all are using-- are you happy? is it affordable? can you teach important writing skills from the platform? and can you track sales of devices easily?
So if you have a minute, please either reply to the list or send me your thoughts hkaplan at uga.edu<mailto:hkaplan at uga.edu>.
my best, Holly
