As you can see below, the National Agricultural Law Center (NALC) & the National Association of State Departments of Agriculture (NASDA) Foundation will host the 13th Annual Mid-South Ag & Environmental Law Conference at the University of Memphis Cecil C. Hope you're doing well. I'm reaching out to help coordinate invitations to students who may be interested in exploring careers and opportunities in agricultural and food law. Glad to help however I can, and basic information is set out below.

On June 4-5, the National Agricultural Law Center (NALC) & the National Association of State Departments of Agriculture (NASDA) Foundation will host the 13th Annual Mid-South Ag & Environmental Law Conference at the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. The annual "Mid-South" is a premiere legal education and networking opportunity for attorneys, students, and other ag professionals.  The program itself is on June 5, featuring a keynote address by USDA Deputy Secretary Judge Stephen Vaden, along with an excellent lineup of speakers and topics. On the afternoon of June 4, we will host the Ag & Food Law Student Roundtable for students interested in agriculture and food law issues or careers.  The Roundtable will include a Q&A panel with NALC staff, a panel on career paths in ag & food law, and a session on AI & legal research.  There is a reduced student rate, but we can waive the registration fee for any students who need that.  The attached is a social media graphic that we are using to help publicize the Roundtable.
