Sustainability Fellows can be selected from any major or field of study and work in collaboration with campus and community partners on applied sustainability research/creative projects. Some projects are fully in-person, while some are remote. Fellows receive a stipend of $250 in addition to participating in an invaluable career opportunity (several of its Fellows have gone on to be hired full time by their partner organizations).

Requirements

  *   Be a current FSU student throughout the fellowship period
  *   Commit 60 hours per semester (5 hours per week) to project research
  *   Attend the following:
  *   Orientation-First or second week of classes (be prepared to immediately provide your summer availability if offered a position)
  *   Bi-monthly check-ins (we will schedule these together)
  *   Final poster presentations (we will schedule this together)
  *   Complete the Sustainability Fellows Canvas Course
  *   Submit a deliverable to the project partner
  *   Provide and receive feedback at multiple stages
