Just wanted to send you a reminder about an exciting opportunity – the Haub Environmental Law and Policy Hack Competition<https://law.pace.edu/academics/juris-doctor-program/environmental-law-program/environmental-law-and-policy-hack>, an annual, inter-law school problem-solving competition sponsored by the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. The problem this year challenges student teams to propose an innovative private environmental governance intervention with the potential to spur meaningful on-the-ground environmental progress. Pace | Haub Environmental Law will once again be hosting the Environmental Law and Policy Hack Competition -- an annual, inter-law school problem-solving Competition sponsored by the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University.

This year, students are challenged to propose an innovative private environmental governance intervention with the potential to spur meaningful on-the-ground environmental progress.

The purpose of the Competition is to orient students toward the development of practicable environmental policy; encourage law students to collaborate with policy stakeholders, including from government and the community; catalyze the conceptualization and implementation of innovative solutions to pressing environmental problems; and further Haub Law’s commitment to advancing environmental protection. The Competition is coordinated by the Competition Board, which is comprised of Haub Law environmental faculty, their colleagues in the environmental field, and Haub Law administration.

Teams must include at least 2 current law students, may be interdisciplinary, and the participation of at least 1 community or gov stakeholder is strongly encouraged. Each team must have a law school faculty advisor as their Coach.
