Dear FSU Environmental Law Certificate Students,
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Office of General Counsel (OGC) is offering a highly-competitive, 12-week paid Summer Honors Program for law clerks who have completed their second year at an American Bar Association-accredited law school. The Office of General Counsel<https://www.epa.gov/aboutepa/about-office-general-counsel-ogc> is the chief legal advisor to the EPA and provide counsel to EPA policy makers on legal issues associated with implementing the nation's environmental laws. The OGC is organized by practice area into ten law offices.
Note that this is the first time the EPA has been able to offer paid Summer Honors positions, making this an option for students who previously might not have been able to consider it.
