Dear students interested in environmental and land use law,

This is a reminder that there are some exciting networking and scholarship opportunities with a partner professional organization, the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation. We encourage FSU students to take advantage of the opportunities that RMMLF offers to constituent law schools, which include funding for travel to RMMLF programs, scholarships, grants, and membership.

We strongly encouraged students to apply for RMMLF tuition scholarships. In the past three years, three FSU Law students have received scholarships in the amounts of $10,500, $6,300, and $3,625. There are a number of different kinds of scholarships, each with different criteria, but the application process is simple, and students complete only one application for all opportunities. Students that would improve the diversity of the RMMLF community are especially encouraged to apply, as one scholarship is specifically awarded to students from traditionally under-represented groups. See attached for full details as well as more information about travel opportunities, grants, and membership.

Best,
