Also, I hope that many of you will be able to attend our second event of the semester, which is a luncheon and lecture by Professor Inara Scott, Gomo Family Professor and Assistant Dean for Teaching and Learning Excellence in the College of Business at Oregon State University, in Room 208 from 12:30-1:30 PM on Wednesday, January 29. Professor Scott will discuss how business regulation directly impacts sustainability, including how antitrust law chills sustainable collaboration and how business regulation could potentially limit the fossil fuel divest movement, or even prohibit it.
