Dear Colleagues:

I wanted to make you aware that the NSF Award Terms and Conditions<https://urldefense.com/v3/__https:/www.nsf.gov/awards/managing/award_conditions.jsp?org=NSF__;!!PhOWcWs!3w9uFE4LVGOoHITwY9jQlag1gWffn2mth-mJFEuPHcczFdDSoLr-vywEGtMdOc6qzsy7sG4G8zlYkOZAdge5Ww$> have been revised.  The suite of award terms and conditions includes the:

·                  NSF Agency Specific Requirements to the Research Terms and Conditions (ASR);
·                  Grant General Conditions (GC-1);
·                  Cooperative Agreement Financial & Administrative Terms and Conditions (CA-FATC);
·                  Cooperative Agreement Modifications and Supplemental Financial and Administrative Terms and Conditions for Major Multi-User Research Facility Projects and Federally Funded Research and Development Centers;
·                  Cooperative Agreement Modifications and Supplemental Financial and Administrative Terms and Conditions for Mid-Scale Research Infrastructure Projects;

·                 International Research Terms and Conditions (IRTC);
·                  Special Terms and Conditions for Administration of NSF Conference or Travel Grants (FL 26);
·                  Special Terms and Conditions for Administration of NSF Conference or Travel Grants Made to International Organizations (FL 26 for IRTC);
·                  Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR)/Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) Phase I Grant General Conditions (SBIR/STTR-I);
·                  SBIR/STTR Phase II Grant General Conditions (SBIR/STTR-II); and
·                  SBIR/STTR Phase II Cooperative Agreement Financial & Administrative Terms and Conditions (SBIR/STTR-II CA-FATC).

The revised award terms and conditions will apply to all new NSF awards and funding amendments to existing NSF awards made on or after January 30, 2023.

A new Article on Safe and Inclusive Work Environments for Off-Campus or Off-Site Research has been added to the award terms and conditions.  Additional revisions have been incorporated for consistency with the most recent Proposal & Award Policies & Procedures Guide<https://urldefense.com/v3/__https:/beta.nsf.gov/policies/pappg/23-1__;!!PhOWcWs!3w9uFE4LVGOoHITwY9jQlag1gWffn2mth-mJFEuPHcczFdDSoLr-vywEGtMdOc6qzsy7sG4G8zlYkObho5eHJg$> (PAPPG).
