[Isl] Affiliates meeting moved to Sept. 30th

It was brought to my attention that a few people were trying to enter into the Zoom meeting for our affiliates meeting. It was originally scheduled for today, but due to schedule conflicts, has since been moved to next Wednesday, Sept 30th at 12:00 pm.
