[HRMS] Minimum Wage Poster Available

An important message from FSU Office of Human Resources

This message has been approved by Shelley Lopez, Director, Communications/Training & Organizational Development, for distribution to all Department Representatives.
This is a reminder that effective September 30, 2025, the new Florida minimum hourly rate is $14.00. In November 2020, Florida voters approved incremental increases to the state's minimum wage, which will be $15.00 an hour by September 2026.
All OPS employees making less than $14.00 per hour have been systematically increased in OMNI HR. Employee actions with an effective date of September 30, 2025, or after must be appointed at the new hourly rate.

As a result, the current State Labor Law Poster will need to be updated. All other Labor Law Posters are not affected and should remain posted in conspicuous locations accessible to all employees.
