[HRMS] Accelerated Payroll Schedules

An important message from FSU Office of Human Resources
This message has been approved by Christine Conley, Director of Benefits & Leave, for distribution to all Department Representatives.
Due to Winter Break, the payroll schedules for pay periods 'M' (ending 12/18/25) and 'N' (ending 1/1/26) must be accelerated. Employees and supervisors should enter and approve time by the deadlines outlined below. Departments should ensure that a representative is available during payroll processing to review reports and address any errors identified.

Payroll Schedule 'M' Overview:
Monday, 12/15/25 - Time Entry Deadline
Tuesday, 12/16/25 - Approvals Deadline and First Cost Center Report in myFSU BI
Wednesday, 12/17/25 - Second Cost Center Report and 10:30 am Case Deadline
Thursday, 12/18/25 - Final Cost Center Report

Departments should thoroughly review all preliminary Cost Center Reports to ensure that employees are paid accurately for the December 26, 2025, paycheck. No cases requesting off-cycle checks will be processed.

Friday, 12/19/25 - 12:00 pm (noon) Time Entry Deadline & 5:00 pm Approvals Deadline
Monday, 1/5/26 - Preliminary Cost Center Report and 12:00 pm Case Deadline
Tuesday, 1/6/26 - Final Cost Center Report
