[HRMS] myFSU BI – Cost Center Report

An important message from FSU Office of Human Resources

This message has been approved by Christine Conley, Director of Benefits & Leave, for distribution to all Department Representatives.

FSU ITS posted a notification on a service disruption to myFSU BI. Since access to myFSU BI is unavailable, Cost Center #2 for payroll ‘H’ (pay period ending 10/12/2023) cannot be accessed. Since we do not have an estimation of when the issue will be resolved, we will need to move forward with closing out the payroll for this pay period. Departments are encouraged to use available HR application (OMNI) queries to verify their payroll and appointments are correct for the current pay period. Additionally, Attendance & Leave will continue to contact departments on any issues we identify centrally.

The deadline for submitting FSU Service Center cases is 11:30 a.m. (EST) today. We are hopeful that the Final Cost Center for payroll ‘H’ (pay period ending 10/12/2023) will be available tomorrow as ITS continues to work on resolving the issue. Any issues you cannot resolve before the 11:30 a.m. deadline today will require the submission of a myFSU Service Center case to Human Resources. Given this disruption, we will generously make payroll corrections on the off-cycle.
