An important message from FSU Office of Human Resources

This message has been approved by Shelley Lopez, Program Director, Communications/Special Projects, for distribution to all Department Representatives.

Please join us at the February HR Forum for a presentation on the Staff Compensation Redesign and an overview of the compensation resources available to departments.
This HR forum will highlight the methodologies that went into our recently implemented and revised Compensation Structure. We will discuss the logic behind using Job Code medians as a measure for career progression.
Additionally, we will provide a refresher on the compensation mechanisms in place to reward key talent and help move individuals upward through their job code quartiles as they gain knowledge, skills, and abilities in their roles.
