<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:10.0pt;line-height:115%">Please join us at the February HR Forum for a presentation on the Staff Compensation Redesign and an overview of the compensation resources available to departments. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:10.0pt;line-height:115%">This HR forum will highlight the methodologies that went into our recently implemented and revised Compensation Structure. We will discuss the logic behind using Job Code medians as a measure
for career progression. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:10.0pt;line-height:115%">Additionally, we will provide a refresher on the compensation mechanisms in place to reward key talent and help move individuals upward through their job code quartiles as they gain knowledge,
