[HRMS] 2020 W-4 Form in Smart Onboarding

An important message from FSU Office of Human Resources

This message has been approved by Shelley Lopez, Program Director, Communications/Special Projects, for distribution to all Department Representatives.

The electronic 2020 W-4 form is now available in Smart Onboarding. Beginning today, original invitations launched will include the electronic 2020 W-4 form. Candidates who complete the electronic 2020 W-4 form in Smart Onboarding will not be required to submit a manual form. Original invitations launched February 11 or earlier will require a completed 2020 W-4 form<https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw4.pdf> attached to the Supplemental Documents page.
Candidates completing additional onboarding invitations are not required to complete the 2020 W-4 form in Smart Onboarding.
