[Hpc-notice] Network outage on the HPC and RCC storage systems

Hi RCC service users,

FSU Core Networking reports that all HPC and RCC storage services are accessible again. The outage was for approximately 3 hours this morning. We do not think that this affected running jobs, but you might want to check any that you have submitted and running just to be sure.

If your job(s) connected to the internet (e.g., your job uses the webproxy module), you will want to be sure that they were not disrupted.

If you have any residual issues, please let us know: support at rcc.fsu.edu.

Hi RCC service users,

This is to inform you that the Research Computing Center's network is currently experiencing an outage. As a result, all services are currently inaccessible from both inside and outside the campus. Our FSU networking team is actively investigating the issue to restore services as quickly as possible.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will provide updates as soon as we have more information.
