SB3 and SB4 have been installed on the anneal station. SB4 was pumped down, having been vented, and I’ll probably open up to SB3 when we hit mid 10E-5 Torr, as it is still somewhat cold. Apply heat at 80degC tomorrow morning, vacuum permitting, and cook as long as permissible prior to my vacation Thanksgiving week. cheers, p.
