[Fla-facrlboard] Conference Payment Options

I wasn't aware that we had PayPal but it would be nice to have it as an option. Although, I am not sure how much easier PayPal is versus just entering credit card info...

>From what I can tell, we used to have a Paypal account but it was closed down in January 2020.  Unfortunately I don't know the history of this decision, but it could be it was linked to our Wild Apricot account and  the vendor preference changed to Affinipay.  Our Affinipay account seems to have started in January 2019.
