Hi all,

This is last year's survey: : https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/TXC8BYM__;!5Xm4_O-4tfk!lzWgg4dTNbaoFeIny_Y0rfcCAaAlx0DORoAp8iwjM8oHmqtSqoZvPx4R_Fa2kq4qO2P7KG0pWQ$ <https://urldefense.com/v3/__https:/www.surveymonkey.com/r/TXC8BYM__;!v3KyJCnmpPU!UWP6So5i1FyexkX01320aBrHeW27evZ6SMwevjkw882tCcTgqC1xpcHIVKkdYjw$> and we can tweak it to suit this year's available positions.

My question is this: do we need to ask whether people are self-nominating? Does it matter? If the only reason is to narrow the pool of potential nominees we need to confirm willingness to serve, then why not just ask them all? It seems like it might be stigmatizing.

Just my two cents. Please take a look at the survey and send along your thoughts. Thanks!

Becky
