[Fla-facrlboard] Nomination time

Hi everyone,

It's time to solicit nominations for our 6 open positions.    Attached is the draft nomination email.  Nominating committee, we need to start identifying likely candidates for our president-elect, secretary, treasurer, and 3 board members-at-large.  We are especially seeking central and north Florida representation.

Would you all please look over this letter, and see if it meets with your approval?  Guy, we will need to create a new survey in Survey Monkey as well.
