[Fla-facrlboard] Call for FACRL Board Legislative Liaison

Good afternoon all,

Have you ever wanted to take on a(n additional) leadership role as an officer on the FACRL Board? Are you interested in learning about becoming involved with library advocacy and funding at the state government level?

The FACRL Board is looking for a new Legislative Liaison and it does not require any previous experience to step into this role (though advocacy experience is a plus).
I have attached the page from the FACRL bylaws to this e-mail in Word and think they may need to be updated (possibly something for the Board to discuss). I attended the FLA Legislative session last week and signed our chapter up to have a Board Member represent us with that group as well.
