Please see the update below and questions from the program committee for the conference. My knee jerk reactions would be to say yes to most of these questions, the only caveat being that we would only record presentations that the presenter gives us permission to record.

Hi, Craig,

We've done our first round of selections and it looks like we'll have 10 posters and 12 presentations. I wanted to confirm again that we can do 3 concurrent presentations - that we have 3 rooms for presentations - during our breakout sessions. Additionally, it looks like rather than a panel or lightning round as a final plenary session we'll have another breakout session. See below for our proposed agenda update:

  *   Breakfast
  *   Opening plenary
  *   45-min presentation + Q&A period: Breakout sessions A
  *   Break
  *   15-min: Poster session A
  *   Break
  *   45-min presentation + Q&A period: Breakout sessions B
  *   Lunch
  *   45-min presentation + Q&A period: Breakout sessions C
  *   Break
  *   15-min: Poster session B
  *   Break
  *   45-min presentation + Q&A: Breakout sessions D
  *   Closing remarks
Would this be OK with you/ the Board? We think this will maximize both the diversity of the presentations and of the presenters. There's a lot of good content and much of it coming from different aspects of our libraries.

Another question: Would we - that is Lisa and I - be able to suggest the schedule outline or tracks for the program? We'd like to make sure that similar content or areas don't overlap during the same time slots.

Final questions: Will the presentations be recorded? Will the slides and/or posters be available online after the presentation?
