[Fla-facrlboard] Coffee sponsorship at FLA

Some additional information as I am the Chair of the FLA Conference
Committee this year, there isn't an FLA Sponsorships Committee and this
year sponsorships are being completely handled by the FLA Office and not
the conference committee at all.
