[Fla-facrlboard] FACRL 2018 Hotel Recommendation

Hi Sarah,

Thanks for investigating housing options for the FACRL Annual Conference. I
am unfamiliar with the area and thus defer to your judgement on location
and whether or not you would like to provide more than one housing option
for attendees.  I agree that it does provide attendees options, but note
there are hidden costs to keep in mind in regard to managing two housing
locations such as the management of two room lists, providing directions
from two locations, promoting both locations on the website, two
registration links, etc. Certainly some of these concerns might be
mitigated by having only one Sales Manager and the simple fact that we are
only talking about 30 rooms. If the option of having two different
locations with differing amenities is appealing and might sway someone to
attend, then I think the benefit would outweigh the costs. I am fine either
way, but just want to be sure the hidden costs are also considered.
