Qualifications and Key Responsibilities:

  *
ALA-accredited master’s degree in library or information science, or related advanced degree.
  *
Leads and coordinates library-wide assessment and user experience (UX) initiatives to support evidence-based, user-centered decision-making.
  *
Designs and implements qualitative and quantitative assessment methods, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and mixed methods.
  *
Analyzes, visualizes, and communicates data to demonstrate impact and support strategic planning and decision-making.
  *
Conducts usability testing and user research to improve library services, spaces, and digital experiences.
  *
Collaborates with library colleagues, campus partners, and institutional stakeholders on assessment, UX, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  *
Demonstrates knowledge of assessment practices and trends in libraries and/or higher education and familiarity with UX or user-centered design principles.
  *
Demonstrates excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills, including the ability to communicate complex data and manage priorities.

Salary is $60,000 to negotiable. The anticipated start date is November 9, 2026.
