Associate Dean, Library Services
This position, which reports to the Dean of Libraries and Academic Success Centers, administers and supervises the University/College Library (U/CL) operations of Library Service departments available to Broward College (BC) and Florida Atlantic University (FAU) students, staff, and faculty. This position also supervises the full time and part time Broward College library faculty and staff assigned to all college locations. The person in this position evaluates and organizes operational compatibility of public service to ensure high quality service. Work involves developing and implementing policies and procedures college wide for areas including, but not necessarily limited to: Reference, Circulation, Course Reserve, Periodicals, Interlibrary Loan, Collection Development, and Library Instruction.
