The SMART Lab at USF's Tampa Campus is now hiring a Student Programs Coordinator.  It is a full-time regular administrative position. The Student Programs Coordinator will provide administrative support to the SMART Lab program, including overseeing center operations and assisting with the supervision, evaluation and coaching of graduate and undergraduate student employees; develop and provide workshops, trainings, and professional development opportunities for SMART Lab student employees with an emphasis on career competencies, leadership and defined learning outcomes; and assist in the recruitment, on-boarding and training of graduate and undergraduate student staff to ensure the delivery of a high-quality student program.
