[FCLCA] Florida College Learning Center Association Forum Survey ***Response Requested***

Dear FCLCA Members,

On Monday, June 22, 2020, through the Social Justice Statement from the Florida College Learning Center Association (FCLCA), it was announced that an online forum will be established over the next few months.  These forums will invite the FCLCA community to come together and speak about topics that are important for us and our learning centers.   Since the inception of this organization, as Article VII of the FCLCA By-Laws state, FCLCA was set for the following reasons:  (a) To support learning assistance professionals as they develop and maintain learning centers, programs, and services to enhance student learning at the postsecondary level. (b) Promote professional standards in the areas of administration and management, program, curriculum design, evaluation and research; (c) Act on learning assistance issues at the local and state levels; (d) Assist in the creation of new and enhance existing learning centers and programs; (e) Provide opportunities for professional development, networking, and idea exchange through conferences, workshops, institutes, and publications f) Coordinate efforts with related professional associations; and offering forums for celebrating and respecting the profession.

Therefore, we will like to hear from you.  When you have an opportunity, please complete the following survey.  This will give us a little information on how to proceed within the  next few weeks. If you can, please complete and return this brief survey no later than Wednesday, July 1, 2020.
