[COGS] September 9th/COGS Assembly Meeting

Hello Representatives,

This is a reminder that the next COGS Assembly Meeting for the 32nd Congress is scheduled for tonight, September 9th at 6:30pm. The meeting will occur in person in the Senate Chambers, located on the third floor of the Student Union. There will be no option to attend this meeting via Zoom. There are many items on the agenda for tonight, so please plan for a longer than normal meeting since it's been over a month since our last meeting. Bill 45 has been updated since Friday, so make sure you are using the most updated agenda for tonight.

We have some important information to review before tonight's meeting:

WE NEED VOLUNTEERS for the organization fair outside Belamy from 11-2pm (with setup at 10:30am) on September 10th. We have people to cover the shifts from 12-2pm, but we really need someone to help with setup and work from 10:30-12pm. Please email myself and Jack ASAP if you can help.

Are you Financially Certified for the new fiscal year? If you have not taken the Financial Certification Quiz since before July 2024, please go and retake this before the meeting.
