[COGS] Clarification about CivicPlus Email

Happy Tuesday everyone,

This morning, you should have received an email from CivicPlus asking you to validate your account. CivicPlus, for those who joined after we had the initial conversations about it, will soon become our home for agendas, minutes, voting, and other great things that should hopefully make our meetings run even more smoothly.

We will be implementing this system over the next few meetings, as well as hopefully providing training opportunities for you to understand how to use some of the features in the program.

For right now, all you need to do is set up your account on CivicPlus. Please try to do that at some point this week. We will provide further information over the coming weeks.
