[COGS] Reminder: COGS August Orientations

Representatives,

I have highlighted four orientations on the spreadsheet. These are orientations that conflict with others, so are the highest priority to fill. The 19th, especially, is a day full of conflicting orientation so we really need people to sign up for those highlighted orientations.

We also have a general script that you can use, alongside the presentation and the swag boxes/bags. The presentations are no longer than 15 minutes (except where specifically notes) and should only take up about an hour, as a whole. Thanks to those who have already signed up for some of the orientation!

Thank you to those who have already signed up to help out presenting information about COGS to various Orientations across campus. As a reminder, we have many orientation sessions that still need volunteers! We have added a few more orientations to the list and will need help! These presentations will only be 15 minutes and we will provide you with a presentation to use and swag boxes to take with you. We would like to have our final list by Monday, but with summer break, we understand you might not see this email until later. In that case, please email Jack Rowan and myself to let us know that you can help out with orientation presentations.
