[COGS] September 12th/ COGS Assembly Meeting

[COGS Deputy Speaker for Judicial Affairs]

Good evening COGS Representatives,

Once again, welcome back to FSU! PLEASE READ THIS EMAIL IN ITS ENTIRETY.

Few reminders:

1) Our next COGS Assembly Meeting is scheduled for tonight, Monday, September 12th at 6:30 pm. The meeting will occur in person in the Senate Chambers, located on the third floor of the new Student Union. There will be no option to attend this meeting via Zoom.
2) If you have not completed and passed the financial certification exam (make sure you do not only complete the course) by Monday, September 12thrd, 2021 at 5 PM, then you cannot vote on any of the bills or resolutions at this upcoming meeting.
3) Emphasis: Please review the new & updated financial manual here<https://sga.fsu.edu/financial/sga_financial_manual_21_22.pdf>, complete the Canvas course, & PASS the financial exam. However, If you have already done this for this new fiscal year, please disregard this.
4) We will be holding elections for both the Deputy Speaker of Communications and finance at Monday's meeting.

If you will be unable to attend Monday's meeting, kindly advise COGS Speaker Rachel Neale at (cogsspeaker at admin.fsu.edu) and COGS Deputy Speaker for Judicial affairs Nella Delva at (SGA-COGS-JA at fsu.edu<mailto:SGA-COGS-JA at fsu.edu>).
