[COGS] COGS Meeting Reminder and Bill Packet

Hello Representatives,

This is a reminder that the first meeting of the summer Congress will be held today Monday, May 16th at 6:30PM via zoom https://fsu.zoom.us/j/95026874940. Elections will be held for the COGS Speaker and COGS Deputy Speaker for Finance during this meeting. Attached is bill packet.

Please review the COGS Code<https://sga.fsu.edu/cogs/forms/COGS_Code.pdf> and Internal Rules of Procedure<https://sga.fsu.edu/cogs/forms/COGS_Internal_Rules.pdf> prior to the meeting to ensure an understanding of the election process.
