[COGS] March 7th / Re: COGS Assembly Meeting and Annual Budget Meeting

Good morning, Representatives,



This is a reminder that the next COGS Assembly Meeting is scheduled for Monday, 7th at 6:30pm. Please review the attached bill packet prior to Monday's meeting. The meeting will occur only on Zoom, so please follow the Zoom link below to attend. There are a couple items to consider prior to Monday's meeting:

  1.  As a reminder, we will be discussing the 2022/2023 proposed budget at this meeting. In order for this meeting to go efficiently, please review COGS Internal Rules<https://sga.fsu.edu/cogs/forms/COGS_Internal_Rules.pdf> for voting procedures and COGS Code<https://sga.fsu.edu/cogs/forms/COGS_Code.pdf> for the Budget Approval process. Also, please review proposed budget<https://sga.fsu.edu/cogs/budget/COGS-Annual-Budget-Bill-No.7-2022-2023.pdf> so you can be prepared to contribute during the voting process.
  2.  C-SAC (COGS Small Allocation Committee) is currently in need of more representatives in order to satisfy the deliberation and voting requirements for requests less than $1,000. Please review page 32 and 33 of the COGS Code<https://sga.fsu.edu/cogs/forms/COGS_Code.pdf> to learn more about C-SAC's responsibilities. Please email Dep. Speaker Creigh at COGSDepSpeaker at admin.fsu.edu if you are interested in becoming a member of C-SAC or would like more information.
