[COGS] New InternationalStudent Orientation / Re: COGS Volunteers Needed!

[COGS Deputy Speaker for Communication]

Hi everyone,

COGS has been invited to set up a table on Friday August 5th and Friday August 12th at the New International Student Orientation. Here are the logistics below:

  *   4:30-4:45pm: Please plan to arrive at The Globe lobby (110 S. Woodward Ave) to set up your assigned table. The CGE team will make sure your table/chairs are ready for you.
  *   5-6pm: Campus Resource Fair/International Coffee Hour. Orientation attendees will attend the small International Coffee Hour and have the chance to speak with everyone who is tabling.
  *   6-6:15pm: You are free to go! The CGE team will take care of the table/chairs tear down.

We are looking for COGS representatives to come table with us. I am particularly in need of representatives on Friday August 12th, as I have a conflicting obligation from 3-5pm that day. During this event, we will set up our table, hand out some COGS merchandise, and I will provide a QR code to our website and prospective representative packet for those interested in learning more about COGS, or potentially joining.

Please message me as soon as you can if you are interested in volunteering this Friday 8/5 or next Friday 8/12.
