[COGS] Today Meeting excuse

DEar Jacalyn,
Hope you are doing well.
I am writing to let you know that,
i was supposed to have a meeting today
between 5 and 6 pm with my advisor regard
to my research paper. In fact, she just shifted it from 6 pm to
7 pm. I am not sure it going to be only one hour because, she always
 extend the meeting time.
In case we end early, i would jump into the meeting. If it is not the case, please
consider this as an excuse.
