[COGS] COGS Meeting Reminder

Happy Friday COGS Representatives!

This is a reminder that COGS' Assembly Meeting will be held this Monday, April 6th at 6:30 PM via Zoom. I have attached the bill packet for Monday's meeting for you to review. Here is the zoom link where you can join the meeting: https://fsu.zoom.us/j/205514684

Please review these instructions before our meeting Monday:

  *   Please access ZOOM via your FSU account by signing in here: https://its.fsu.edu/zoom.
  *   When you log into Zoom for the first time, you will want to be sure to do so with FSU as the SSO.  This is whether you download zoom onto your computer, or your download the app on your phone. You must follow these instructions: https://support.canvas.fsu.edu/kb/article/1460-downloading-installing-the-zoom-mobile-app/.  Please note, you will need to be logged into Zoom with your FSU credentials.
  *   The Zoom will begin with both your video and microphone muted.  It is encouraged that you use the video and be dressed appropriately.
  *   Check to make sure your audio is working properly and connected to where you want it to be connected, however, please note you will remain muted unless called upon by the Speaker.
  *   It may be helpful to use "Gallery" view  so you can see Representatives' faces.  You can find this in your screen view in the right corner.
