Grade rosters for the Spring 2025 Regular, IG0-IG2, LAW, and NAP sessions are now open.

**Spring 2025 grades for the Regular, IG0-IG2, and NAP sessions will be due Tuesday, 06 May 2025, at 4:00PM ET.**

The grade submission deadline for all other sessions will be as follows: At 4:00PM ET on…05/08 (MD1, PA1),  05/14 (MD4), 05/15 (MD2, MD3, PA2), and 05/23 (LAW).

REMINDERS: For any student receiving an ‘F’, ‘I’, or ‘U’ grade, instructors will be prompted and required to enter a last date of attendance in the grade roster.

Only instructor roles with the grade access type of 'Approve' can set grade rosters to the Approved status. If you believe you should have 'Approve' access but do not see that as an option in the Approval Status drop-down box on your grade roster, please check with your academic unit's scheduler who can change it as required.
