I would also like to share these exciting Special Topics Workshops for Painting
and Drawing courses offered in art:

*Our Visiting Professor Jana Carridi:*
*ART 4929Cr. **Post Analog Painting & Drawing *This course will explore
innovative painting and drawing techniques influenced by digital media,
investigating concepts and materiality that define our post-digital age. We
will blend analog and digital techniques to create work that is dynamic and
inventive. Students will enhance their skills in software application,
color mixing, airbrushing, laser cutting, stencil-making, and the planning
and ideation process.

*ART 4921Cr. Representational Narrative Art Techniques *
This workshop offers a step-by-step guide through five distinct painting
techniques, exploring variations in oil, egg tempera, and metal leaf
applications. Through a series of lectures and discussions, students will
delve into the works of representational figure and narrative artists,
spanning from the 16th century European to contemporary practices.
