Dear All,
I will be out of the office from Monday, February 19 - Friday, March 1 to attend the Praxis Digital Weaving Lab Residency in Cleveland and am writing to give notice of some administrative items while I'm away.
If you anticipate placing orders in the near future, please send them before tomorrow afternoon and copy Tori. I hold the tax-exempt account for Dick Blick, Home Depot, Lowe's and many other vendors, and to avoid potential delays from those stores, please prioritize submission of any anticipated orders there. If you plan to submit requests through FileMaker know that the submissions are only emailed to me directly, so please send a follow-up email to Tori with all item details. All travel, leave, reservation, listserv and scheduling inquiries should also be sent to Tori during this time.
Summer and Fall courses have been built and will be live on Monday (2/26). As many edits and changes were made in the process by all, please review the live listings for your classes and areas (all details - rooms, hours, course ids, instructors, etc.) to make sure nothing/no one slips through the cracks.
Tori will be out of the office on February 22 + 23, so the office will not have hours those 2 days. If there is an urgent need for use of a P-card during those 2 days, Chris Rivera is the only other P-card holder in the department.
Mail and deliveries are received by Theatre when this office is closed, should you need to check while we are away.
See you in March.
Kind regards,
Celeste
